Lindsy has been a physical therapist since 2009 and has a passion for whole person healthcare. She sees TAI Camas as not just a physical therapy clinic, but as a primary provider for community wellness. She will help you with your injuries, as well as be your PT for life with preventative programs and tools to maintain overall health. Using functional exercises and manual therapy, each patient receives personalized one on one care to meet their needs and reach their full potential.

Lindsy is certified in ASTYM™, has additional training in manual therapy through NAIOMT, and is also trained in the specialty areas of running/footwear analysis, vestibular disorders, TMD, and migraines.

Lindsy received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009 from A.T. Still University in Arizona. Prior to this she graduated from Oregon State University in 2005 with a BS in Exercise Sports Science. She began working at TAI in 2011 after returning to the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two dogs. She is also an Adjunct Faculty member at A.T. Still University in the DPT program. In her free time Lindsy enjoys attending sporting events, hiking, traveling, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with family and friends.

Lindsy Palisca is amazing!

I’m a 56 year old runner who suffered from plantar fasciitis for almost 18 months. I went to my doctor, a podiatrist, and an orthopedic surgeon. The recommended prescriptions of orthotics, cortisone shots, and stretching did not work. I thought my running career was over. I was referred to Lindsy by the sales person at the local athletic gear store. She said “Lindsy will have you up and running in two weeks.” Well, it didn’t take two weeks. I was up and running after 3 visits! With a couple more visits, I have been running pain free for almost a year. Lindsy is amazing and highly recommended. She knows her stuff, and she is a neat person! FIVE BIG STARS!
