I saw Steve Mitchell a couple of years ago when I was training for a marathon and desperately needed to see someone who knows how to adjust the ankle. The talus in my right ankle was locked up, causing really bad right knee pain. He adjusted my pelvis and ankle as needed and gave me some good strength exercises to work on, because my right hip was much weaker than my left, causing the problem with the talus and knee.
