Victoria returned to Oregon after earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California. She received her undergraduate degree in Seattle, Washington from Seattle Pacific University in Exercise Science with emphasis in research and biomechanics. Victoria is currently a resident in the TAI Orthopedic Clinical Residency Program and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
She brings empathy to the practice as she has once experienced firsthand the success of skilled Physical Therapy as a young, injured, three-sport athlete. Now, Victoria strives to pass on this hope getting patients back to the activities they love with an evidence based approach. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and has found great success in working with young to professional athletes in various sports.
Along with her involvement at Sherwood Physical Therapy, she gives back as a volunteer coach and provides physical therapy related services to the local community and other countries, such as Haiti and the Dominican Republic. In her free time, she enjoys staying active in team and individual sports and spending time with her husband at the beach.
Victoria is the best therapist I’ve ever seen. She’s extremely knowledgeable and really understands running and sports related issues and injuries. At other facilities I’ve always felt like a number. I did not get that feeling here. I felt like she genuinely cared about making me feel better and “fixing” me. I would recommend Victoria to anyone in the Sherwood, Tualatin, Tigard area.
