Terrific Running Gait Analysis

I went to Colleen for a gait analysis. She performed a thorough history and examination before doing a video analysis of my running stride on the treadmill. She showed me how I was running and measured the angles of my stride from multiple camera angles. Then she made suggestions for how to improve efficiency and reduce strain on my body and the risk of injury. I was able to make immediate improvements that, with continued training, should help me to run faster and pain-free going forward.

I would highly recommend Colleen!

I have sent just about everyone I know to Colleen Little. She is a miracle worker. You have to admire how carefully she examines each patient and the time she takes to get the diagnosis correct.

Each time I have pain the first call I make is to Colleen. She will get me in quick and solve whatever problem I have.

Colleen is as caring and gifted PT. She takes her time to assess the root cause of the problem. She cured my hamstring and toe injuries. She is willing to work with your schedule. She understands runners as she is a competitive runner herself.
